This delightful piece was actually "printed" in a 3D printer, designed and built by Sandy Curth especially for us. Custom software written by Sandy as well. Consider us smitten! While it's not -- yet -- as simple as clicking the print button, Sandy has taken the 3D process as far as anyone in the field of fine ceramics. 4" tall, 2.875" diameter. Made in Point Reyes Station, California.
I love unique pottery and was looking forward to getting this cup. It is pretty but so thin that after putting hot matcha in it, it is too hot to touch or hold. Just a bit of a disappointment, but it is still a lovely cup.
