99 is smooth and tasty
I enjoyed 99 very much. It is very pure, and tasty. I don't think it needs any sweetner like honey or sugar. I drink it plain.
Morning "Green Espresso"
Breakaway blend 99 is how I start my mornings. I like the ceremony and the feel of the small warm cup in my hand. Drinking it gives me a moment to think about the coming day and a gentle lift that lasts for hours.
WOW! I've tried several kinds of Matcha, I'm not an expert but there is definitely a difference and you get what you pay for. This is the most expensive Matcha I've tried. With that being said it's well worth it. So smooth with no bitterness. It's absolutely exquisite. You won't be disappointed. This will be my go to Matcha. I can't wait to try some of the others.
This is my first taste of premium matcha. No bitterness whatsoever. I love making lattes, but my favorite way to drink this is hot and thick. Eyes-rolling-back-in-your-head-humming good! Asparagus and cream.
As a matcha "newbie", thanks to blend99, I get the matcha/wine reference. Feel blessed to be able to take a beautiful afternoon drive over the Golden Gate Bridge to San Anselmo to enjoy the home of Breakaway Matcha. What an education. 99 was an excellent suggestion for me! Thank you Eric!
I love the Matcha 99. I had tried 2 versions of matcha that I could find locally so I knew what “bitter” tastes like. What you sent is not bitter. It is wonderful! Lynda

This is " l'excellence!" Like my husband said: "It is like drinking velvet."
Delicious, soothing, but very expensive
I said it all in the heading.
